The Big Agnes Encampment sleeping bag is a three-season, A-Flex synthetic construction, Climashield fill sleeping bag, rated to 15 Degree F. The synthetic insulation and the waterproof treatment on the surface of the Big Agnes Encampment sleeping bag makes it ideal for wet conditions. The 3D fill will insulate even if it gets wet, and dries quickly. Compared to down the 3D is bulkier, however, down when wet will not insulate and takes quite awhile to dry. The Big Agnes Encampment sleeping bag is lighter and has 1/3 less bulk than other comparably rated Climashield bags. So take that.
